Our charging model is based on real "seats" and how many servers you have.  A "seat" is a person who has a computer that they do work on. We don't charge per device, so if a person has a tablet, a phone and laptop and a home pc, that's still one seat. The most we charge is £80 per seat per month, plus a charge for any on-premises server you have.

Having worked managing small business for decades, we understand how small business operates. We know that you must have predictable and affordable costs, and that 24x7 really means anytime. We don’t charge more for out of hours work. If your important project needs attention late on a Sunday, we will be there for you, at no extra cost.

Often “cashflow is king”, and we provide affordable but stable costs. A simple monthly subscription, with no added or unexpected costs. The only thing we charge more extra for is our out of pocket expenses. These are normally only accrued when we visit your site.
