Why are you different?

Like every IT support company, we do all the normal reactive support. Whatever you need, we are on the end of a call or a support ticket. With over 70 years of experience in IT and small business, there is very little we have not seen and managed.

What is different about us is all the other stuff you need and often don’t get from standard IT support. We fill the gap between the Enterprise “Cookie Cutter” support and “friend and family” type support.

We have a smaller number of clients, so we can focus on your needs, learning your business and giving you the support you should expect.

How do you charge?

We have a simple subscription model, with no added or unexpected costs. The only thing we charge more extra for is our out of pocket expenses. 

With Inspired Solutons you can be sure there will be no sudden costs, and if you want to ring us at 10pm or on a Sunday, you do not have to think "what will that cost me?" first.

We invoice you monthly, in advance, payable by transfer

How long are your contracts?

We believe you will value us for what we provide, and we don't want to  tie you into contracts. If you are not happy, we can review your costs, or we will just let you leave.

We ask you to pay monthly in advance, with no notice required. If you commit to a quarters (3 month) notice period, we will give you a discount on your subscription. You can change this at any time.

What areas do you cover?

We focus on North Essex and Suffolk, but we can cover any area, including international. We prefer to work with local clients, so we can offer a top notch service.
